Union Digital Center is a state-of-the-art information and knowledge center (telecentre) established in the Union Council, which aims at ensuring information services at the doorstep of the grassroots people. From this center, people of rural areas get life and livelihood information and necessary services in their home environment very easily. According to the 11 November 2010, the Honorable Prime Minister from his office and the Administrator of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and former New Zealand Miss Helen Clark Bhola District All the unions across the country, through video conferences from Chaar Kumrimukhi Union The Digital Center (UDC) was inaugurated simultaneously. About 40 lakh people are receiving information and services from these centers. With the help of UDC, public and private services are getting faster and less costly, there has been a lot of positive change in the lives of the local people. The journey of UDC started in front of the slogan "Service at Doorsteps". With the establishment of UDC, it is possible to create a free flow of information in every state of the society and the state system, where people do not have to go door to door for service, but they are reaching the service. Free flow of information is one of the prerequisites for empowering the public. The establishment of Digital Center in the country's 4,501 union parishad has facilitated access to information and services at the earliest times, including the participation of rural people's free flow of information.
