No. 5 Buramjumdar Union Parishad is an important Union Parishad in Betagi Upazila of Barguna District. This union has stood as a witness of the times in Barguna district by organizing various sports, education, culture, religious and social events. In this union there are various government primary schools, various secondary schools under MPO, higher secondary schools, colleges, madrasas, orphanages, kindergartens, many mosques, temples, playgrounds and various public and private offices and various sightseeing places.
