Warnings on Cyclone "Mokha".
Details
A lingering cyclonic storm “Mokha” over South Central Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas is likely to hit some districts including Barisal, Bhola, Patuakhali, Pirajpur, Jhalkathi and Barguna tomorrow on Sunday 14/05/2023 at any time from morning to night. According to the weather office, the cyclone is currently located at a distance of 745 km from the Payra sea port. It may further condense and hit sub-regions with a speed of 175 km/h with thundershowers. At present Payra Samrudra port has been asked to watch distress signal number 10.
